Wayne J. Fields, MBA, CHTP

Wayne Fields has been working in the vacation ownership industry for over 20 years holding various tactical and operational positions ranging across Marketing, Sales, Sales Processing/Escrow, Owner Services, Collections and Information Technology.  He has worked for multiple resort developers across the United States.

Having worked with many of the marquee technology providers within the vacation ownership industry, Wayne has a reputation for being meticulously detail oriented and well organized.

Prior to working in the leisure industry, Wayne worked in the garment and womens wear industries where he also excelled in operational organization and efficiency.

Dayne Management Group was formed as a technology consultancy arising out of the need that Wayne persistently saw among small businesses who needed assistance and could not afford a full time information technology staff.

He is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) and a holder of the Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) designation from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).

A summa cum laude graduate of California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – High Technology Management option and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).  He is currently a candidate for the Certified Hospitality and Technology Professional (CHTP) exam.

Wayne has also donated his time as both a volunteer and as a board member sitting on the boards of several non-profit organizations in Orange and San Diego counties.
